DESCRIPTION:Finding Inner Peace \nDiscover how to cultivate authentic inner peace using principles from psychology\, nervous system regulation and awareness of your own energy.  Susan will offer practical\, everyday tools to gently regulate feelings related to stress and grief\, without suppressing real emotions.  And she will share how peace may be experienced even in the midst of navigating life’s challenges. \nAbout Susan Melchione\, MSW \nSusan is an intuitive energy healing coach\, teacher and speaker\, who blends energy healing\, psychology\, and spiritual/metaphysical knowledge in a deeply supportive way.  With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work\, Susan uses her intuitive gifts to assist people to connect more fully with their inner wisdom and innate healing process.
