Paula Waite\, MTh\, ACC \nChaplain and Palliative Care Specialist\, Beebe Healthcare \nRev. Paula Waite is a staff chaplain at Beebe Healthcare\, specializing in trauma\, palliative\, and end-of-life care. She earned her Master of Theology from St. Mary’s Seminary in Baltimore\, Maryland\, and completed her chaplaincy residency at Christiana Care in Newark\, Delaware. Following her residency\, she joined Beebe Healthcare as a trauma chaplain. \nRev. Waite is board certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains and holds certification in palliative and end-of-life care. She serves as Education Chair for the Delaware Quality of Life Coalition (DQOLC) and is a member of the Steering Committee for the Delaware Medical Orders for Scope of Treatment (DMOST) through the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services. \n\nAnn DeLazaro \nChief Commercial Officer\, Ideal Culture Lab \nAnn DeLazaro is Chief Commercial Officer at Ideal Culture Lab\, a company founded by her sister\, Sue DeLazaro\, focused on emotional intelligence training and workplace culture transformation. She brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in business development\, working across Europe\, the Middle East\, Africa\, Canada\, and the United States. Her work centers on helping organizations integrate emotional intelligence into daily operations through training in self-awareness\, self-management\, social awareness\, and relationship management. \nPreviously\, Ann served as Director of Provider Services at Delaware Hospice\, where she led physician\, nursing\, and administrative relationships across hospitals\, skilled nursing\, and assisted living facilities in Delaware and Chester and Delaware County\, Pennsylvania. Her team provided clinical education to providers\, patients\, and families\, highlighting gaps in awareness around palliative care and healthy aging resources. Ann remains deeply committed to community education and proactive care planning. \nIdeal Culture Lab was featured in Fortune.com (June 2025) for its innovative approach to training Gen Z professionals and emphasizing emotional intelligence development from the point of hire to strengthen communication and workplace relationships and verbal and no-verbal communication skills to this age group who are fluent with technology\, but not so much in dyadic communication skills.  \n\nLogan Jarrell\, BSN\, RN\, GRN®\, CDP® \nDirector\, NICHE Program \nLogan Jarrell serves as Director of the NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) Program and is deeply committed to improving care for older adults\, a rapidly growing population in Sussex County\, Delaware. In her role\, she works with hospitalized patients age 65 and older\, particularly those at high risk for delirium\, readmission\, or cognitive decline\, and connects them with community-based resources. \nLogan collaborates closely with interdisciplinary care teams\, educates patients and families about disease processes\, and supports individuals living with dementia through therapeutic interventions designed to promote comfort and calm during hospitalization. She also plays an active role in the community\, presenting at health fairs\, panel discussions\, and post-acute care facilities\, where she and her team provide ongoing education through monthly sessions. Her work extends beyond the hospital setting\, addressing the needs of older adults throughout the broader community. \n\nMeagan Sekscinski \nDirector of Community Relationships\, Procino-Wells & Woodland \nMeagan Sekscinski is Director of Community Relationships at the law firm Procino-Wells & Woodland. In this role\, she connects clients with trusted community resources and represents the firm at educational and outreach events throughout the region. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Wilmington University and brings experience in product management across both business and healthcare sectors. \n\nAngie Scott\, BSN\, RN\, ACRN \nCommunity & Mobile Outreach Coordinator / LGBTQ+ Healthcare Advocate \nAngie Scott is a registered nurse and healthcare advocate with more than 11 years of experience at Beebe Healthcare\, where she has served in bedside nursing\, outpatient care\, and leadership roles. Her work focuses on improving access\, equity\, and inclusion in healthcare delivery. \nAngie has played a key leadership role during public health emergencies\, serving on Beebe’s COVID-19 response team\, helping to launch Delaware’s only COVID Positive Care Center\, and organizing Sussex County’s first Mpox vaccine hub. She is a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ health education\, stigma reduction\, and inclusive care\, and has participated as a speaker and panelist at local\, state\, and national levels. \nAs Coordinator for Beebe’s Community and Mobile Outreach Team\, Angie works to connect individuals with essential healthcare services\, address disparities\, and ensure that every person receives care rooted in dignity and respect. Her approach to advance care planning emphasizes honoring individual voices and ensuring that care reflects each person’s values and identity. \n
