Slow Yoga at Midway Motion and Fitness

Midway Motion and Fitness is a state-of-the-art facility that features a wide range of fitness machines, treadmills, personal trainers and much more. It is located behind the Midway Movie Theater complex. The majority of its members are seniors. 3GV is excited to be partnering with Midway to bring together our members and friends for exercise programs. Midway membership is free if you have AARP’s United Healthcare or Silver Sneakers. Our first yoga class is free for all.

Leslie Hellstarn will conduct our first “slow” Yoga class to get us all stretching together. Leslie is a retired art teacher and a certified yoga teacher, so she brings a creative touch to yoga! The class is limited to 14 individuals so please sign-up ASAP. We will plan another class if this first one is a success. Class is scheduled for Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
