3GV is excited to be partnering with Midway Motion and Fitness! Leslie Hellstarn will conduct our first “slow” Yoga class to get us all stretching together. Leslie is a retired art teacher and a certified yoga teacher, so she brings a creative touch to yoga! The class is limited to 14 individuals so please sign-up ASAP.
