This workshop is designed for women who want to understand their care options before a major life transition occurs. It’s ideal for those thinking about aging in place, future care needs, supporting a partner or chosen family, downsizing, relocating or navigating life changes with clarity and confidence.
Speakers, Bio’s:
Anna Moshier, MPA, Executive Director, Village Volunteers
Anna Moshier, MPA is a community-focused leader with more than 30 years of deep roots in Sussex County. Driven by a passion for service and inclusion, her work centers on supporting older adults to age in place with dignity, independence, and connection. Through her professional experience and community engagement, Anna has developed a strong understanding of the Delaware landscape for aging in place and is committed to connecting older adults and their families with reliable information, resources, and supportive networks.
Anna holds a bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Recreation and Leisure Studies and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Delaware—experiences that shaped her people-centered leadership style and understanding of community systems. After 12 years as Manager of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute in Lewes, Anna now serves as Executive Director of Village Volunteers, where she is honored to advance a mission grounded in relationships, compassion, and practical support.
A lifelong Girl Scout, Anna is also a wife, mother of two, and proud Sussex County resident who brings humor, heart, and a deep commitment to community wherever she serves.
Amy Feger, Certified Senior Advisory, Care Patrol
Amy Feger is an Aligned Care Senior Advisor and co-owner of CarePatrol of DE & MD Eastern Shore.
With over 10 years of experience navigating the complexities of senior care, she has dedicated her career to helping families find clarity during challenging times. As a Certified Senior Care Advisor, she is passionate about cutting through the noise to identify the perfect care fit for her clients, whether that involves in-home care, assisted living, memory care, nursing care, or hospice care. She takes the time to get to know her clients so she can help them make a lasting decision.
Before working in senior care, she spent over 30 years as a buyer and director in the retail industry after graduating from Indiana University of PA with a degree in Consumer Services/Business. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time at the beach, golfing, and working in her yard alongside her husband and their Irish Setter, Josie.
Stacey Himler, Owner, Caring Transitions
Stacey Himler is the owner of Caring Transitions of Southern Delaware and a Certified Relocation Transitions Specialist. Stacey specializes in helping seniors and families navigate major life transitions with compassion, organization, and expertise.
Under Stacey’s leadership, Caring Transitions offers a comprehensive range of services including online estate auctions, downsizing, decluttering, home cleanouts, packing and unpacking, and space planning in new homes. Her mission is to make the process easier for families while ensuring treasured belongings are handled with care and respect.
Stacey and her team are passionate about helping older adults and their families reduce stress during times of change. Her approach combines practical organization with genuine empathy—ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and confident throughout the transition.
