3GV is excited to be partnering with Midway Motion and Fitness! Leslie Hellstarn will conduct our first “slow” Yoga class to get us all stretching together. Leslie is a retired art teacher and a certified yoga teacher, so she brings a creative touch to yoga! The class is limited to 14 individuals so please sign-up ASAP. We will plan another class if this first one is a success. Class is scheduled for Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
