Slow Yoga at Midway Motion and Fitness
Midway Fitness 34823 Derrickson Drive, Rehoboth Beach, United States3GV is excited to be partnering with Midway Motion and Fitness! Leslie Hellstarn will conduct our first “slow” Yoga class to get us all stretching together. Leslie is a retired art teacher and a certified yoga teacher, so she brings a creative touch to yoga! The class is limited to 14 individuals so please sign-up ASAP. We will plan another class if this first one is a success. Class is scheduled for Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
